Shipping policy
All products in the Provend catalog are fulfilled by US-based supplier partners and shipped directly to you. We don't hold inventory — which means no warehouse delays and no unnecessary handling.
Shipping timeframes Estimated delivery times vary by product and supplier, and are shown on individual product pages before you purchase. Most orders arrive within 3–10 business days after the order is placed.
We don't currently offer guaranteed expedited shipping. If a delivery window matters to you — for a gift or event — contact us before ordering and we'll tell you what's realistic for that specific product.
Shipping carriers Orders ship via standard US carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) depending on the supplier. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships, typically within 1–2 business days of placing your order.
Shipping costs Free shipping on orders over $75. Shipping rates for orders under $75 are calculated at checkout based on your location and the supplier's shipping profile.
Multiple items in one order If your order contains products from more than one supplier, items may arrive in separate packages on different days. You'll receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
Where we ship We currently ship to the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, US territories, or internationally at this time.
Lost or delayed shipments If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, wait 24 hours — carrier scans sometimes precede physical delivery. If it still hasn't arrived, contact us at hello@provend.shop and we'll work with the supplier to investigate and resolve it.
